The West Barnstable Fire District elects three members to its Water Commission for three year terms.  The Water Commissioners act as stewards of the district’s water.  There is no water system in West Barnstable.  With no water department to oversee the West Barnstable Water Commissioners do not meet on a regular basis.  The Water Commissioners typically meet once or twice per year on as-needed basis.
